Cancellation Policy
Polished by Arely Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Polished by Arely, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policy before booking:
Deposits
* All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Deposits will be applied toward your appointment only if your reschedule qualifies under the policy below.
Rescheduling
* Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.
* Each appointment may only be rescheduled up to two (2) times.
* If an appointment is rescheduled more than two times, it will be automatically canceled, and a new appointment will require a new booking and deposit.
Cancellations
* Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
* No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Late Arrivals
* Please text 432-235-9779 if you are running late.
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled. The 100% no-show fee will apply.
